Your job

  • Aid the business in monitoring the performance of our websites/apps with the help of Adobe and Google Analytics
  • Create and optimise dashboards in Adobe and Google analytics
  • Translate & communicate web behavioural insights to stakeholders
  • Train business users on the use of our analytics tools
  • Instill strategic thinking within the business around what to measure and aid the business in setting up KPI frameworks
  • Aid in the migration of web analytics to a new analytics platform
  • Determine the configuration/mapping requirement of our Tag management solution
  • User management within our analytics tools
  • Work with data scientists to help feed their data models, gather their data online, and ingest their data in our marketing automation stack
  • Work in an Agile team that works Scrum

Working environment

The environment we work in is diverse, ranging from Tikkie to personalized mobile advertising to a chatbot that really matters for our customers. At this place people work on the successful banking app as well such as Grip. This is where you find our E-Commerce teams and our colleagues of ‘Video Banking’. In short, within Customer Digital Engagement the online platforms are being created and built that offer all the digital products of ABN AMRO Retail. All of these developments and products are powered by Dialogue Orchestration.

The Dialogue Orchestration department works for all business lines and deliver tooling for Corporate Banking, Private Banking (International), Brand Marketing and Communication and Retail.

Your profile

  • Knowledge of Adobe and/or Google analytics is an absolute must (preferred to have experience with both)
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Affinity with marketing automation solutions (paid media, analytics platforms, customer data platform etc.)
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and implementing those solutions
  • Understanding of paid and social advertising tools (Ads360, DV360, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)
  • Experience and affinity with tag management systems (Tealium knowledge preferred)
  • Experience with (data related) cloud solutions (pre)
