As a Procurement Operations Analyst, you will be one of our key-players in its success!
You analyse data obtained from multiple data files, combine data with other sources, analyze and interpret this to obtain valuable information that can help drive change and continuous improvement for Procurement, Finance, Contract owners and the business. Therefore you work closely together with Scrum teams and our colleagues from Transformation office within Procurement. The MyBuy platform and many of the related processes are new. Together with your team you will make this big project a success!
You develop models together in collaboration with our Scrum team and Transformation office, you will use data to visualize bottlenecks or specific opportunities and develop a culture of data driven continuous improvement. Many teams are involved and are helping to make this big project a success.
You perform analyses in which you draw conclusions and make recommendations. In your capacity as a sparring partner for the management, who depend on your analyses, you are constantly on the lookout for new insights and data sources that may provide such insights. With your Continuous Improvement skills you therefore initiate discussions about new perspectives and you provide advice on course of action. You also share responsibility with your team to implement the decisions that are made.
Procurement is a dynamic department where you can be yourself and has a informal working environment. The MyBuy Support team is a new team that centralizes all expertise and communication around our Purchase-to-Pay processes and systems. You will work in this diverse team, divided in different focus areas: Ordering & Invoicing, Master Data and a Help Desk. You will work in an open, dynamic, service oriented environment together with flexible and service oriented colleagues. You want to provide an excellent service but are not afraid to challenge and to provide and explain guidelines and direction. You are capable to help and coach your team and you are a sparring partner for the Team Lead and the Head of Operational Procurement. You will report directly to the Head of Operational Procurement.
You will be responsible for reporting and analysis, but your multidisciplinary skills allow you to work across the team. It is a workplace where you will continuously be challenged to be the best you can be and where you will be empowered to grow. A working environment where you can and may make the difference.
You like change and you work best in a dynamic environment. We are in a change mode, so this requires you to be flexible, creative and sometimes ‘work with what you have’, to later return and optimize it.
